ON-SITE MENTORING

Ideal Health IT has skilled and knowledgeable consultants that are available for extended engagements to act as an on-site mentor if this is necessary for your organization. Most organizations understand that as part of a new clinical system implementation a certain amount of diminished efficiency is to be expected. While many organizations take the attitude that a diminished efficiency is acceptable in the early days after a system implementation, for many organizations this is not an option. In particular where the new healthcare system has created new roles, and has created significantly changed workflows for existing roles, it is often considered prudent to mentor these individuals in their new roles.
