Referral Bonus Program
Program Overview
At Ideal Health IT, we recognize that our value as a
company is determined in large part by the skills and
capabilities of each and every employee / representative and
by their dedication to client satisfaction. As such, we are
eager to identify the "best of the best" and are pleased to
offer a referral bonus program to assist us in this ongoing
endeavor. We sincerely appreciate your input and look
forward to considering those candidates
whom you recommend.
How It Works
- Ideal Health IT will pay a referral bonus of
$500 to any individual who refers a new
candidate who is subsequently selected for any
bonus-eligible position, where:
- A "new candidate" is considered to be an person
who has not previously worked for or applied to
Ideal Health IT and who has not had direct
written correspondence with an Ideal Health IT
recruiter within the preceding 12 months.
- A "bonus-eligible position" is an active posting
on our
job board that is designated by "$$$" in the
Referral column.
- Referrals should be submitted using our
online
Referral Submission Form.

link to a digital form. If you wish, you may
preview the form by selecting the PDF icon.) Soon
after the form has been submited, it will be reviewed to
ensure that it complies with the Referral Bonus Program
requirements. If it does, it will be logged and you
will receive a PDF copy of
the approved and signed form for your records. If it does
not, you will be contacted with additional information
and instructions.
- Using on the information provided by you, our
recruitment team will attempt to contact your referral
to obtain their current resume and will evaluate their
credentials to determine whether there is a good match.
To expedite the process, we also welcome your referral
to apply directly to the bonus-eligible position through
our job board,
noting your name in the "referred by" field.
- If your referral is selected and engaged as either
an employee of or subcontractor to Ideal Health IT or
directly as an employee of our client (in the case of
full-time placement opportunities), you will be eligible
to receive the $500 referral bonus. The only
stipulation is that your referral remain successfully
employed / engaged for 90 calendar days beyond their
start date or, in the case of a short-term engagement of
less than 90 calendar days in duration, through the
anticipated end of the contract. Prior to our
issuing payment, you will also be asked to complete
IRS Form W-9 for tax purposes.
